I just wanted to follow up on my recent purchase from GSMotorworks. I received my scooter on time, with no damage exactly as ordered. It was packaged very well and the shipper, Dominion Freight was on time and very careful to unload my scooter and even stayed while I opened the box and inspected it for damage.

I received my MCO within 3-days of requesting it and was able to register my scooter very quickly.

So far it has been wonderful, I've found no issues with the scooter, a Carino 150 LE, and I'm very very pleased with my purchase. I plan on another purchase soon for my wife and I'm looking forward to getting the same level of excellent service from you folks.

"Thank You! I was amazed to find that the replacement clamp that I requested showed up at my house the day after I sent in my request. Not only that, but I saw that you guys sent me not only the clamp I requested, but a full set of two clamps and rubber strips. I threw them right on the scooter with no problem and everything's great. Can't remember the last time I was surprised in a positive way, any any business transaction at all. Again, thanks so much! BTW, here's a thought - about the time I lost the one clamp (securing the muffler to the frame), I started noticing a "rattle" coming from under the motor. This I attributed at first to the fact that one of the clamps was missing. I took me some time to figure out that it was an easy fix - I just needed to tighten the extended bolts that secure the pipe to the bottom of the motor. No more rattle, just raw scooter power. It occurs to me that others may have the same issue at some point. I was a little concerned there until I figured it out. So, one more time - I Love My Sinclair LX, and you guys rock a**.Thanks again -lc"
